Certificate donation <naam product of bedrijf>

To whom it may concern

Herewith we, the Dutch association of the food banks1, declare that the donation of <omschrijving product> , that we will receive / have received2 from <naam bedrijf> , based in <plaats>, The Netherlands, will only be used for distribution free of any charge to our customers, being the poorest people in the Netherlands who are in need of food.

According to our bylaws our sole purpose in life is feeding the poorest people in the Netherlands with foodstuffs that we receive free of charge from producers, wholesalers, retailers and importers and that will not be used anymore for commercial sales.

Our organization is registered by the Dutch tax authorities as a humanitarian non-governmental organization under RSIN number <nummer invullen, staat op de ANBI-beschikking> and is therefore exempted from taxes. All donations to our association are also exempted from taxation.

Our association is also registered at the Dutch chamber of commerce as NGO under number (invullen>
